Research and Compliance: Must be highly skilled in all facets of business and legal research utilizing both primary and secondary authorities. Procures information from computer on-line and off-line systems; traditional library resources; court records; governmental records; land records; historical society records; church records; and other information and statistical resources. Correlate said information for analysis and report same with sound recommendations in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Must be fully licensed and meet all regulations and safety standards.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university and appropriate para-legal certificates from an accredited para-legal program; Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience; Must have Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O); A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid driver’s license; Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks; Oral and written communication skills; Self-starting individual who follows directions and procedures, adheres to a work schedule and can focus on details; Interpersonal (people) skills; Be flexible and able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/ attitude with co-workers, clients, vendors, and outside contacts and agencies; Posses analytical and reconciliation skills, necessary for problem solving and decision making; Able to successfully perform multiple tasks and abbreviated deadlines; Must be able to understand financial impacts of decisions and courses of action; Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office; Military Service a plus.
